SUBJECT:
CONFIRMATTON OF ACTION LETTER Region II issued a Confirmation of Action Letter to Carolina Power and Light Company on March 13, confirming that changes will be made to the H. B. Robinson, Unit 2 procedures concerning a Loss of Coolant Accident.
The licensee agreed to make three changes to the procedure by April 4, which will put the procedure in agreement with the Westinghouse Owners Group guidelines approved by NRC.
No media interest is expected.
Neither the licensee nor the NRC plans a news release.
The State of South Carolina has been informed.
