Dear Mr. McCree,

VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND2 SUBMITTAL OF OPERATING TESTS AND SUPPORTING REFERENCE MATERIALS NRC letter dated February 6, 2014, Notification of Licensed Operator Initial Examination - Surry Power Station, requested transmittal of operating tests and supporting reference materials to support the initial reactor operator and senior reactor operator tests scheduled for the weeks of July 21 and July 28, 2014. This letter is to inform you that the operating tests and supporting reference materials, indentified in NUREG-1021, were transmitted on May 17, 2014 and received by Mr. David Lanyi, NRC Chief Examiner, on May 19, 2014.

In addition, the following supporting documents were included in the transmittal:
