FOR BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NO. 50-259, 50-260 and 50-296

Dear Mr. Shea:

This refers to the meeting conducted near the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant on May 21, 2014.

The meetings purpose was to present the annual assessment of the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant performance and to provide opportunities to discuss with the public the NRC Reactor Oversight Process. The purpose of this meeting was also to conduct a regulatory performance meeting to discuss the results of the NRC supplemental inspection performed in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95002, Supplemental Inspection for One Degraded Cornerstone or Any Three White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.

A list of attendees and a copy of the presentation handouts are enclosed.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
