Dear Mr. Mascitelli:
By letter dated November 8, 2013, (Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML13317A073) Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) submitted the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 Cycle 20 (TMI C20) Core Operating Limits Report (COLR).
The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by the licensee, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to complete the assessment of the TMI C20 COLR. Please find attached a DRAFT copy of the NRC staffs additional information request. These DRAFT RAIs are being sent to you to ensure that the questions are understandable, the regulatory basis for the questions are clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please notify me by Wednesday, May 21, 2014, if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the questions. The NRC staff will request a response to the RAIs within 30 days of the formal NRC RAI transmittal letter.
