Question for You Fred -

In regard to the letter we submitted on March 31, 2014 (i.e., letter ULNRC-06100), in which we revised our schedule commitment for submitting our license amendment request / proposed regulatory exemption for Callaways final resolution of GSI-191, our Engineering people involved in this issue were asking me if the NRC intends to respond to our letter. If not, they were asking if I received or would receive any feedback from the NRC staff about our schedule change, via the NRC Project Manager. I told them I would forward the question on to you, which I have now done via this e-mail.

As you know, Im tracking this on the Licensing Actions report that we just sent to you, under TAC No. MC4671. I may update the status of this item, depending on your response to this e-mail.

Thanks, Fred.
