- Phil, The seismic folks sent me a more detailed write-up of the clarification they are seeking WRT the walkdown report:
From the limited discussion in Section 3 and Attachment 3A of the seismic walkdown report, the staff was unable to understand the screening process followed that excluded several rapid drain down items (identified in the Rapid Drain Down List) from the final SWEL 2. Please describe the process that was followed to develop the SWEL 2 as it pertains to rapid drain down items and justify meeting the intent of Screening 4 Rapid Drain Down of the walkdown guidance.
Hopefully this will help you better prepare for the call this afternoon.
