Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC; and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC In accordance with Section III of the Orders issued in the Reference (a - c) letters, we are informing the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation of the upcoming transfer of the operating licenses of the above nuclear units from Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC, to Exelon Generation Company, LLCo The closing of the transfer of the operating licenses of the nuclear units is expected to occur on April 1, 2014.
Additionally, as discussed in Reference (d), American Nuclear Insurers will write nuclear liability insurance for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station upon transfer of the facility operating licenses from Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC. A copy of Reference (d) is attached.
Any regulatory approvals required for the transfer of these licenses have been obtained.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this correspondence.
We will keep the Nuclear Regulatory Commission informed of any developments that have an impact on the schedule of closing the transfer of these licenses.

This letter confirms that American Nuclear Insurers will write nuclear liability insurance for Exelon Generation Company, LLC covering the Calvert Cliffs, R.E. Ginna, and Nine Mile Point nuclear plants, upon the addition of Exelon Generation Company, LLC to the facility operating licenses.
As of the addition date, expected to be in 2014, we will amend the policies and certificates for the Calvert Cliffs, R.E. Ginna, and Nine Mile Point nuclear plants as follows:
Under Facility Form Policy NF-0216, we will change the Named Insured from Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and Exelon Generation Company, LLC. Under Facility Form Policy NF-0170, we will change the Named Insured from R.E.
Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and Exelon Generation Company, LLC. Under Facility Form Policy NF-0161, we will change the Named Insured from Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC to Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC and Exelon Generation Company, LLC. The operator of these facilities will be amended to Exelon Generation Company, LLC.
Under Facility Worker Certificate No. NW-0595, we will change the Named Insured from Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and Exelon Generation Company, LLC. Under Facility Worker Certificate No. NW-0561, we will change the Named Insured from R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and Exelon Generation Company, LLC.
