In accordance with the Orders issued in the referenced letters, we are informing the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation of the completion of the transfer of the above nuclear units from Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC. The closing of the transfer of the nuclear units occurred on April 1,2014.
