Equipment Description MCC 1A Sheet 3 of 7 Status: YO ND Ufl Other Advee Conditions 1I. Have you looked for and found no other seismic conditions that could adversely affect the safety functions of the equipment?
Internals Inspection has been performed and the following condition has been documented in CR 719207:
While performing the NTTF 2.3 Seismic Walkdown for Farley Unit 1 for 1A MCC, there were two Instances identified where selsmically qualified Agastat Relays were Installed with only three of the four required mounting screws. This condition has previously been evaluated for the 2A MCC, reference TE 640206 for the evaluation, and it has been determined that the current mounting configuration does not adversely Impact the functionality of any of the relays In any of its operating modes (before, during, and after a DBE). The U2 evaluation has been reviewed and is bounding for the conditions found on UI 1A MCC. Therefore, the condition does not bring Into question the operability or functionality of the relays.
Although the relays remain functional and operable, the relays should be reinstalled with the intended mounting configuration of four screws at the earliest opportunity to return margin to the relays.
The relays associated breaker cubicle locations and affected loads are documented below:
BKR FAJ4R - Agastat Relays for BKR FAJ5 (1C CTMT POST ACCIDENT AIR MIXING FAN)
BKR FAJ4L - Agastat Relays for BKR FAIS (ID CTMT POST ACCIDENT AIR MIXING FAN)
Based on the evaluation for the as-found condition of the Agastat relays being acceptable, this condition does not represent an adverse seismic condition.
Y0R NO UO Comments (Addilional pages may be added as necessary)
External insection performed 8/29/12.
Second walidown performed on 10/16/13 to Inspect cabinet Internals. No adverse seismic conditions were noted during the final walkdown.

All cables have adequate flex. The leftmost Termnal block in cabinet FNB1 is missing one of the lower mounting screws. This is judged to not be a seismic concern due to the minimal weight of the block (<10 Ibs). Three of four screws are Intact and in good condition. CR 722630 has been written to document this condition and request replacement.
Comments (Additional pages may be added as necessary)
External inspection performed on 8/29/12.
Anchorage modification has been performed to resolve IPEEE vulnerability. Cabinet has been bolted to back wall to enhance anchorage.
Second walkdown to Inspect internals on 10/18/13 found no adverse seismic conditions.
Secondary walkdown and SWC performed 10/18/13 has been retyped for clarity.
