In addition, the fatigue performance data is being submitted concurrently via a general submission in the Electronic Information Exchange.

AlTACHMENT 2013 Fitness for Duty Performance Data - Personnel Subject to 10 CFR 26

Random Testing Rate Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) maintains testing populations for employees and contractor/vendors including individuals in applicant status. For the entire year of 2013 the FFD Program random testing rate for employees population tested was 54.1 and for contractor/vendors population tested was 53.39°/0.

Work Hours Control Waivers - Summary of Corrective Actions EGC issued 116 waivers in 2013. This was a significant reduction (45%) from waivers issued in 2012 (371). The waivers were entered into the corrective action program as required by procedure with no generic actions being identified. Oyster Creek Nuclear Power Station (OCNGS) issued 81 waivers representing 70% of the total waivers for the Exelon Fleet. Forty two (42) of these OCNGS waivers (36% of total Exelon waivers) were related to a singular significant reactor manual shutdown event on 12114/13 (1 F33 Outage).

Additional Information During the current reporting period, Le., January - December, 2013, nine (9) specimens from all locations were reported as positive for cocaine as a result of on-site screening. Five (5) of the nine (9) specimens were confirmed as positive by the laboratory and were verified as positive by the Medical Review Officer for a confirmation rate of 55%. This confirmation rate does not allow EGC to take administrative action on individuals for unescorted access or to take lesser administrative actions with individuals based on an unconfirmed presumptive positive test for cocaine as stated in 10 CFR 26.75(i).

During the current reporting period, i.e., January - December, 2013, fifty-two (52) specimens from all locations were reported as positive for marijuana as a result of on-site screening. Thirty-nine (39) of the fifty-two (52) specimens were confirmed as positive by the laboratory and were verified as positive by the Medical Review Officer for a confirmation rate of 75%. This confirmation rate does not allow EGC to take administrative action on individuals for unescorted access or to take lesser administrative actions with individuals based on an unconfirmed presumptive positive test for marijuana as stated in 10 CFR 26.75(i).
