PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY SELF-GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE REVIEW On December 20, 2013, Pennsylvania State University submitted its annual certification of their Self-Guarantee (SG) for their NRC licenses. On January 16, 2014, a Technical Assistance Request was submitted to the Special Projects Branch (SPB) by the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards. The SPB staff has completed its initial acceptance review of the Pennsylvania State Universitys SG annual certification, and it is acceptable for a detailed review.
