NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000220/2014201 AND 05000410/2014201
Dear Mr. Costanzo:
On January 30, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. On January 30, 2014, the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Terry Syrell, Manager of Site Integration, and other members of your staff. The inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
The team reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
The NRC inspectors did not identify any findings or violations.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
The enclosure transmitted herewith contains SUNSI. When separated from the enclosure, this transmittal document is decontrolled.
