Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter is to inform you of a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for February 5, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a regulatory performance meeting to discuss the results of the supplemental and follow-up inspections completed on December 20, 2013, and the status of NRCs performance assessment of Watts Bar Unit 1.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
