RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND NRC INSPECTION REPORT
Dear Mr. Chisum:
On November 20, 2013, the NRC cited Entergy Operations Waterford Steam Electric Station,
Unit 3, for failure to implement the provision of 10 CFR 21.21 associated with Agastat relays.
The Notice of Violation, enclosed with Inspection Report 05000382/2013004 (ML13324B133),
required you to respond in writing within 30 days. You responded by letter dated December 18,
2013 (ML13361A157). We will review your implementation of your corrective actions during a
future inspection to determine whether full compliance has been restored and will be
maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be
made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from
the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the
NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
