Submitter Information Name: Anonymous Anonymous General Comment As a resident of the State of Florida and a consumer who is dependent upon Duke Energy for power, I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I feel that it is unfair to the consumers for this company to continue passing costs onto us for maintenance of this facility. Duke knew the value of Florida Power's portfolio long before they purchased the company and took over. Therefore, to come back to the consumers and try to pass the cost of known problems onto us borders on consumer fraud. We need protection from these practices and must rely upon our government agencies to oversee these corporate giants.
