Dear Mr. Dietrich:
NRC Inspection Report 05000361/2013406 and 05000362/2013406 has been cancelled. No inspection report will be issued with this report number. It was reserved for documenting the results of the Temporary Instruction (TI)-2515/186 inspection. However, the decision has been made to not conduct this inspection at the site.
