INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000445/2013004 and

This acknowledges receipt of your letter (CP-201301426) dated, December 5, 2013, in which
you disputed Finding FIN 05000445/2013004-003, "Improper Pipe Cap Installation Results in a
Unit Shutdown." We will review the information you provided when assessing the disputed
finding.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
