Subj: Decommissioning Funding Plan for Penn State University Enclosed please find the revised decommissioning funding plan (DFP) for The Pennsylvania State University license referenced above as required by 10 CFR 30.35:(e). We have created a unified DFP for Penn State covering all of our licenses and operating locations. The unified DFP consists of five (5) self-contained appendices, one for each of the five (5) licenses held by Penn State:

UP campus E Note that only Appendix E is enclosed with this letter. The DFP for our other NRC license is being submitted separately.
Enclosure 1 is a redacted version for public release and Enclosure 2 is an un-redacted version containing sensitive information (certain isotopes, activities, and locations) to be withheld from public release.
