Included in Developmental Revision H are changes that have been submitted by the referenced correspondence, changes to incorporate recently approved WBN Unit 1 Amendments and recently docketed WBN Unit 1 amendment requests. Three additional changes are included that have not been the subject of a prior submittal.
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 December 12, 2013 The enclosure provides a description of each of the changes, and of changes that have not been previously submitted the rationale for making the change. The changes support two unit operation or are necessary to provide consistency with the WBN Unit 1 TS. Attachment 1 to the enclosure provides the original WBN Unit 2 TS pages marked-up to show the changes. Attachment 2 to the enclosure provides the original WBN Unit 2 TS Bases pages marked-up to show the changes. Attachment 3 to the enclosure provides a complete copy of the WBN Unit 2 TS and TSB Developmental Revision H is provided on optical media.
