This letter is to inform you that effective November 17, 2013, Mr. Benjamin Beasley has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Plant Licensing Branch 1-1.
Mr. Beasley assumes all licensing, oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Robert Beall for Plant Licensing Branch 1-1 in support of Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
