The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by the licensee, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to complete the assessment of the submitted information. Please find attached Draft Requests For Additional Information. They are being sent to you to ensure that the questions are understandable, the regulatory basis for the questions are clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please respond to me by Monday, December 16, 2013, and notify me if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the question. The NRC staff will request a response to the RAIs within 30 days of the formal NRC RAI transmittal letter.
