Dear Mr. Mueller:
Enclosed are two printed copies and two CDs of the draft Supplement 50 to NUREG-1437, "Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants,"
regarding the license renewal of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS), Unit 1.
The draft Supplement 50 to NUREG-1437 was submitted to EPA via e-NEPA on December 10, 2013. In addition, a copy of this document is being mailed or e-m ailed to interested Federal and State agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public. A copy of this document has also been placed in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Public Document Room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852, and in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible on the NRC's website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The accession number for draft Supplement 50 to NUREG-1437 is ML13328A002. Please note that the public comment period for this document ends on February 11, 2014.
