SAN ONOFRE UNIT 1 MOTOR-OPERATED VALVE CONCERN AS IDENTIFIED BY INSPECTION REPORT 91-03-03 An evaluation of a concern identified by San Onofre Unit 1 inspection report 91-03-03 is enclosed. The issue involves the operation of limit switches on recently installed valves on the discharge line of the volume control tank. The evaluation was performed by the NRR Mechanical Engineering Branch and is forwarded for your use.
