E. MURPHY SPECIAL ASSISTANCE This is a note of appreciation for the special assistance provided by Emmett Murphy on July 11 and earlier with respect to a safety issue on the TDI diesel-generators at San Onofre Unit No. 1. Mr. Murphy provided valuable advice as a result of his expertise and prior involvement with the TDI task force.
I wish to thank you also, of course, for allowing his participation, which temporarily diverted him from his normal assignments.
