(,L-%I-)-7 Provided as an enclosure are ten copies of revised Emergency Planning procedures for San Onofre Unit 1. As you know Appendix E to 10CFR5O requires that changes to the procedures be provided to the NRC. The revised procedures are dated February 22, 1982 and have been in effect since that date. It is noted that the procedure numbering has also been revised.
All the enclosed Emergency Planning procedures are identified, with an S0123, with the exception of S01 VIII-11.1 and S023 VIII-11.1. These two procedures are unique to the specific units, whereas the others are general.
The proprietary information in these procedures is contained in procedure SO123-VIII-16, Attachment 8.1, Table 1. The information is identified by brackets.
