This letter describe% a reportable occurrene involving the Main Feedwater System as defined In Section 69.2.a(9) of Appendix A to the Provisional Operating License DPR-13.
In accordance with IE Bulletin 79-13, revision 2, a visual inspection of feedwater system piping supports and snubbers inside containment has been performed.
On $ay 15, 1980 three supports for Line 393-10"-EG, maii feedwater supply to Steam Generator Ao were identified as deficient.
The deficiencies noted were:
'UPPORT DEFICIENCY 1-RH-393-2 Broken pipe clamp 1-KOS-393-1 Deformd pipe guide 1-RH-393-1 Missing lower pipe clamp not A complete report on this matter, together with a Licensee Event Report will be forwarded to your office within two weeks;.
