in connection with the current refueling outage, a rodio!graphic examination Of seleted ain tteam circumferential'Welds inside containmnt revealed reportable indications in two welds.
TheS~e indications have been identified a s laq inpclusions and are in excess of the alloweble standard% of the orivinal design code, ASME DAPVC Sectfon I. These Indicattions will be repaired prior to o)ur return to service.
A complete report on this matter, together with a Licensee Event Report will be forwarded to your office within two week%.
