Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Amendment Application Nos. 153, 62 and 48 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3 Enclosed are Amendment Application No. 153 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13, Amendment Application No. 62 to Facility Operating License NPF-10 and Amendment Application No. 48 to Facility Operating License NPF-15 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Amendment Application No. 153 for Unit 1 consists of Proposed Change No. 195 (PCN-195).
Amendment Application No. 62 for Unit 2 and Amendment Application No. 48 for Unit 3 consist of Proposed Technical Specification Change NPF-10/15-273 (PCN-273).
PCN-195 and PCN-273 are requests to revise Appendix A Technical Specification Section 6.0, "Administrative Controls" to include the guidance of Generic Letter No. 88-06. The change will delete the organization charts and revise the Nuclear Safety Group and Independent Safety Engineering Group (Units 2 and 3 only) reporting responsibility.
The changes in SCE's organization, which necessitate this amendment application, are scheduled to be effective on October 3, 1988. Accordingly, you are respectfully requested to consider issuance of the proposed changes on an exigent basis.
The changes in SCE's organization largely affect the offsite management and design functions and, as such, have minimal impact from a Technical Specification consideration. In addition, the proposed changes 8809150051 -8O91::
