Letter, Reba M. Diggs, NRC, to Kenneth P. Baskin, SCE, May 31, 1988 The referenced letter requested that, per the requirements of 10 CFR 170, SCE remit a fee of $150 for NRC review of an April 5, 1988 submittal of a document entitled "Guidance for the Development of a Simulation Facility to meet the Requirements of 10 CFR 55.45". In response to that request, SCE's check in the amount of $150 is enclosed.
It is noted that the April 5, 1988 submittal was transmitted to the NRC referencing the four Docket numbers of the ad hoc organization entitled the Utility Simulation Facility Group (USFG), of which SCE is acting as the lead utility. The Docket Nos. are 50-29, 50-155, 50-206 and 50-267 for Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Big Rock Point Plant, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 and Ft. St. Vrain Unit 1, respectively. Accordingly, it is requested that future billings under the provision of 10 CFR 170, for the review of the April 5, 1988 submittal, be divided equally among these four licensees.
