Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 147 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed is Amendment Application No. 147 to Provisional Operating License No.
DPR-13. Amendment Application No. 147 consists of Proposed Change No. 174 which requests revision of the Appendix A Technical Specifications.
Proposed Change No. 174 revises certain technical specifications to provide clarification and relief for plant operation. The change provides clarification on the manual actuation switches for the purge and exhaust valves and the operational requirements of specific radiation monitors. It exempts the Containment Radioactivity - High from Specification 3.0.4 and allows a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> sample analysis for inoperable Turbine Building and Yard Sump monitors.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12 the review of the Proposed Change No. 174 contained in Amendment Application No. 147 has been determined to require a fee of
