Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 176 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 This letter submits Amendment Application No. 176 to Provisional Operating License DPR-13 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1. Amendment Application No. 176 contains Proposed Technical Specification Change No. 216 (PCN-216).
PCN-216 is a request to revise the Appendix A Technical Specifications. The changes involve the correction of minor discrepancies (e.g., typographical errors).
These corrections do not affect the Technical Specifications such that the operation of the plant is affected. In addition to the changes mentioned above, PCN-216 will revise Section 6.4.1, Training, to reflect the issuance of 10 CFR 55 which encompasses all the requirements for operator training.
