The purpose of this letter is to submit a copy of the Inservice Inspection Summary Report, including the Owner's Report of Repairs and Replacements for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1. This report is submitted to meet the requirements of Paragraph IWA-6220 of the above reference, and covers the inservice examinations of Class 1 and Class 2 pressure retaining components and their supports.'
This report covers the period from May 25, 1989 through March 23, 1991 the date of the unit's return to service following the Cycle 11 Refueling Outage.
