Letter from R. M. Rosenblum (SCE) to NRC dated September 30, 1991 The referenced letter provided the status of Southern California Edison's (SCE) implementation of Generic Letter 90-03. In the referenced letter, SCE committed to inform the NRC of: (1) the issuance/revision of procedures to implement the vendor interface program; and (2) the completion of a special Quality Assurance surveillance of the vendor interface program which was conducted to confirm compliance with the requirements of Generic Letter 90-03.
As of October 31, 1991, SCE has issued/revised the applicable vendor interface program procedures, and the QA surveillance has confirmed the implementation of the Generic Letter requirements.
