Docket No. 50-206 Steam Generator Sleeved Tube Evaluation San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Provided as an enclosure to this letter is the report "Steam Generator Sleeved Tube Evaluation, San Onofre Unit 1" dated January 1989. This report describes the discovery, evaluation and corrective action for the steam generator tubes with sleeves without detectable roll expansions. This report satisfies our commitment in the January 20, 1989 letter to the NRC and completes the effort on this issue.
