Reference:
Letter, H. E. Morgan (SCE) to USNRC Document Control Desk dated February 29, 1988 The reference provided the required Annual Personnel Monitoring Report pursuant to 10 CFR 20.407 and Sections 6.9.1.4/5 of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 for San Onofre Unit 1, and Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for San Onofre Units'2 and 3. Further review revealed that the report included information for individuals for whom personnel monitoring was not required for the calendar year.
Accordingly, enclosed is a revised report for the total number of individuals for whom personnel monitoring was required for the calendar year, consistent with the personnel monitoring requirements of 10 CFR 20.202(a) and 10 CFR 34.33(a).
The associated changes to the report are annotated by vertical bars.
This revision also includes the annual exposure distribution summary, and the Regulatory Guide 1.16 Statistical Summary by work and job function.
