This letter is regarding your request stated in the referenced letter that Southern California Edison respond within 60 days to inform the NRC staff of our plans to implement the recommended actions and license conditions described in the subject safety evaluation report (SER).
As recently discussed with your staff, our comments on and our plans to implement the recommended actions and license conditions will be submitted to you by May 29, 1987. The additional time is needed in view of our manpower constraints, including activities associated with the plant mid-cycle outage, which is scheduled to start in April.
