Letter, Reba M. Diggs, NRC, to H. B. Ray, SCE, License Fees for Amendment Application No. 118, September 6, 1984 Reference 1 provided us with a request for additional fees for the review of Proposed Change No. 138 to Provisional Operating License No.
DPR-13. The letter stated that the Proposed Change involved the consideration of an additional safety issue and was not requested to simplify or clarify the license or Technical Specifications. Therefore, you do not consider it to be exempt from fees under the provisions of Footnote 2 to 10 CFR 170.22 of the 1978 regulations. In response to that request, find enclosed SCE's Check No. A-313152 in the amount of $4,000.00 to cover the fees for Proposed Change No. 138 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13.
