Docket No. 50-206 Amendment No. 101 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 101 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 101 consists of Proposed Change Nos. 106 and 107 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 106 is a request to modify the existing Technical Specifications related to Reportable Occurrences involving reactivity anomalies to be consistent with the Reportable Occurrences values contained in the Standard Technical Specifications.
Proposed Change No. 107 is a request to modify Technical Specification 3.0 such that the operator action time is consistent with the Standard Technical Specifications in response to events which place the station in a condition outside the scope of those conditions covered in specific existing Technical Specifications. This change revises the timing requirements issued by NRC Amendment No. 56 which became effective on June 11, 1981.
It is respectfully requested that Proposed Change Nos. 106 and 107 be reviewed promptly and appropriate action taken.
Please designate the approved changes to the Technical Specifications to become effective 30 calendar days after receipt to provide time for incorporation of these changes into our system of manuals.
Also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. A-890763 dated December 1, 1981, in the amount of $1,200.00 as required by 10 CFR 170.22.
