SEP Topic IV-2 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Your letter of December 15, 1980 requested information pertaining to SEP Topic IV-2, Reactivity Control Systems Including Functional Design and Protection Against Single Failures. We have requested Westinghouse to prepare the requested information. However, due to previous commitments they will not be able to complete the preparation of this information until July 1981.

Therefore, we will provide the information by August 1, 1981.
