Docket No. 50-206 Environmental Qualification San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 The NRC's consultant on the subject issue, Franklin Research Center, has requested that we provide them with an additional reference. Our October 31, 1980 submittal reference 33, Qualification Testing of One 75 HP Submersible Electric Motor, dated June 27, 1980 refers to an additional report and two letters by the Louis Allis Division of Litton Industries.
Provided as an enclosure is the Louis Allis M&M Report No. 277B, Insulation System Evaluation -600V Safety Class 1E for Service to 1 x 109 Rads Random Wound Motorette, the Louis Allis letters to SCE dated June 13 and 26, 1980 and SCE's letter to Louis Allis dated June 19, 1980. The information is being provided to you for transmittal to Franklin.
