Docket Nos. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 208 Change to the Technical Specifications Addressing the Radioactive Effluent Release Report San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Enclosed is Amendment Application No. 208 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-13 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 (SONGS 1).
Amendment Application No. 208 consists of Proposed Change No. 260 which is a request to change Technical Specification (TS) 6.9.1.8, "Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report," and TS 6.14, "Offsite Dose Calculation Manual."
On October 1, 1992, 10 CFR 50.36a, "Technical specifications on effluents from nuclear power reactors," was amended to extend the Radioactive Effluent Release Report submittal frequency from semiannual to annual.
Southern California Edison proposes to revise these Technical Specifications consistent with the new guidance in 10CFR5O.36a.
