CHANGES TO THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURE SO123-VIII-1, REVISION 2, REVISION 2 TCN 2-1, AND REVISION 3 We have received your submissions of Revision 2, Revision 2 TCN 2-1, and Revision 3 to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure SO123-VIII-1, "Recognition and Classification of Emergencies," dated February 14 and March 10, 1995, respectively. These revisions were submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V, and incorporated the following changes:
(1) changes in radiation monitor indications and (2) administrative/editorial changes.. Our review determined that the changes are acceptable and do not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
