CHANGES TO THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION EMERGENCY PLAN (EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES)
On January 12, 1995, you submitted proposed Revision 6.1 to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Site Emergency Plan.
The results of our review were conveyed in our March 10, 1995, letter to you. Our letter stated that we planned to conduct further review of the changes to the Evacuation Time Estimates (Appendix H).
We have completed our review of the Evacuation Time Estimates and have concluded that the changes are acceptable and do not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
