Letter from J. G. Haynes, SCE, to Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, NRC, dated October 15, 1984, Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test The enclosed Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) report is Revision 1 to the reference. This report contains the final local leak rate test results for penetrations which were not aligned to simulate post-accident conditions during the ILRT. Although the reference contains leakage rates for these penetrations, containment isolation valve work conducted prior to return to power necessitated re-testing of affected penetrations. The revised local leakage rates for applicable penetrations have been incorporated into the enclosed report.
Please note that all revisions to the reference have been noted as Revision 1 in the enclosed report. Also, the enclosed ILRT report for San Onofre Unit 1 constitutes our final report and is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50 Appendix 3.
