Docket No. 50-206 SEP Topic 111-6, Seismic Design Considerations Long Term Seismic Criteria and Methodology San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 On February 12 and 27, 1985, SCE met with the NRC staff and their consultant to discuss the long term service seismic reevaluation criteria and methodology. During these meetings SCE committed to provide certain information at a later date. The purpose of this letter is to provide this additional information which is contained in two reports: (1) "Seismic Program for Long Term Service", dated March 1985; and (2) "Responses to Action Items Resulting from the 02/12/85 and 02/27/85 meetings with the NRC," dated March, 1985. These reports provide the criteria and methodology to be used for the long term service seismic reevaluations and provide information in response to specific questions raised by the NRC Staff.
