50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Enclosed are thirteen copies of Revision 9 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 (SONGS 2&3) dated November 15, 1982. Revision 9 of the ODCM incorporates Unit 3 radiation monitors so that the ODCM is complete and applicable to both SONGS 2&3.
Revision 9 was reviewed and approved by the SONGS Onsite Review Committee on November 9, 1982 as required by Technical Specification 6.14.2.2 appended to Facility Operating License No. NPF-10 and draft License No.
By submittal of this letter and Revision 9 of the ODCM, it is requested that the NRC approve the ODCM for SONGS 2&3 as required prior to implementation by Technical Specification 6.14.1. If you have any questions concerning this submittal, please call me.
