-ISSUANCE OF SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT (SAN ONOFRE 2 AND Enclosed for review by the Committee are twenty (20) copies of the Safety Evaluation Report prepared by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation in the matter of the application filed by the Southern California.Edison Company for licenses to operate the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3.
.At this time, fifteen issues remain outstanding. These issues are identified in Section 1.7 of the SER. We anticipate that several of these *will-be resolved prior to the March 1981 ACRS meeting. Also, "TMI-related issues
-are not covered in the SER.
