The plan has been reformatted reflecting a new type style and has, therefore, been reprinted. A summary of major changes is included in the plan.

Summary of Rev. 3.0 SONGS Emergency Plan Changes Pages 1-3 and 1-5:
added definitions for the Emergency News Center and the Headquarters Support Center.
- Page 1-4:
clarified definition of EPIPs by adding "station."
Pages 2-3, 3-2, 5-15, 5-17, 5-29, 6-21, and 7-7:
miscellaneous changes due to the incorporation of-Dana-Point.
Page 3-5:
deleted reference to State OES in list of agencies contacted on the Yellow Phone System. State OES-is contacted on the Blue Phone.
