86 in Docket No. 50-206.
Amendment No. 86 consists of Proposed Change No.
84 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into the above-numbered license as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No.
84 is a request to delete Appendix B, Environmental Technical Specification 4.3, "Entrainment".
Proposed Change No. 84 would eliminate redundant efforts or study implement ation delays due to multiple agency approval and reporting between (1) the special entrainment study required by the Environmental Technical Specifications, and (2) previously conducted and ongoing SCE studies which include the Federal Water Pollution Control Act section 316(b) demonstration.
Also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. T012228 dated October 25, 1979, in the amount of $4,000.00 as required by 10CFR 170.22.
