Docket No. 50-206 Provisional Operating License DPR-13 Amendment No. 80 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three (3) executed and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of Amendment No. 80 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 80 consists of Proposed Change No. 80 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into the above-numbered license as Appendices A and B.
By letter dated April 30, 1979, the NRC requested the submittal of revised Technical Specifications to restrict operation with less than all reactor coolant loops in service. This request was based on the NRC staff's evaluation with respect to Systematic Evaluation Program Topic IV-1.A.
Proposed Change No. 80 revises the Technical Specifications in response to the NRC request.
Also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. T010444 dated June 1, 1979, in the amount of $4,000.00 as required by 10CFR 170.22.
